● AR specialist – This workload begin from evaluation of customer profile , negotiation of
terms & discount up to delivery of order & checking of collections.
● Auditing Sales Weekly Liquidation & Delivery’s Weekly Expense– This requires time
management to meet the weekly deadline, thus daily operation will not be hampered.
● Inventory Audit – Stocks movement audit, Responsible in monthly preparation of variances and initiate the charges to accountable department which is warehouse & logistic when variances are failed to identified. Checking stocks ageing and preparing reports for the sales team and management as reference in their decision making
● Auditing Accounts Payable – Verifying vendor accounts especially for new accounts
supplier, checking accounting entries and the amount to be withheld. Maintains
monitoring that can help in analyzing the material increase or decrease of company
expenses.
● Auditing Revolving Fund – Ensuring that RF fund was properly utilized for company
matters only. Checking if Liquidations has complete supporting documents. Surprise
Cash Count made when no liquidations were submitted.
● Auditing Accounts Receivable – Verifying first if collection being made was deposited
&; cleared ok to the bank. Tallying the collections vs. customer A/R per invoice to identify if there are variances . Analyzing aging report to properly recognize which customer has overdue invoices.
● Auditing Payroll – Checking the computed salaries based on the gathered time
information of employee. Check also if the correct rate is being used in O.T & Holiday pay.
● Auditing Profit and Loss Report –Ensuring if all reported amount from accounting team has supporting references and collaboratively reconciled the data to identify main reasons of company’s progress or losses.
Maintaining customer file, preparing invoices, sending and collection processing.
Maintaining vendor file, receiving,uploading bills to acctg system,verifying,routing for approval & payments process
Applying accounting process in Quickbook system
