I’ve been working as a Virtual Assistant for over 3 years now. I work with people looking to get their business off the ground, or who just need some extra help around the house and consistently to ensure that my clients are always happy with my work.
I’m a virtual assistant who specializes in providing appointment setting, personal assistance, social media management/marketing, research, lead generation, and admin support so they can focus on their existing clients, work on bringing in new clients, and do what they do best – which isn’t generally admin!

Over the past three years, I have gained extensive experience as a virtual assistant, and for the majority of that time, I was dedicated to appointment setting within a reputable Dental Marketing Agency. This role allowed me to sharpen my communication skills and fine-tune my ability to connect with potential clients in the dental industry. Through this experience, I developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and concerns of dental practices and their patients.

• Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
• Read from scripts
• Manage large amounts of incoming messages thru Facebook Messenger App
• Generate sales leads
• Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
