Handling and organizing phone calls, emails, and correspondence for managers and the construction team.
Preparing and distributing construction documents such as contracts, permits, reports, and blueprints.
Participate in bidding process where companies submit proposal or quotation for a project
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel, and ensuring all participants have relevant materials beforehand.
Assisting with office supply management, purchase orders, and verification of received items.
Supporting payroll, invoices, and compliance record-keeping when needed.
Typing, photocopying, and producing presentations or reports as requested
I specialize in selling beauty and personal care products directly through social media platforms such as Facebook. By creating engaging content, hosting live selling sessions, and offering one-on-one customer interactions, I help clients discover high-quality skincare, makeup, and wellness products tailored to their unique needs. Key Responsibilities:
Promote assigned products directly to customers in-store or during promotional events.

Handling basic customer inquiries and managing feedback/reviews.
Sort, filter, and flag important emails,send reminder and follow-up emails to clients, team members, or vendors.
