Hi! I’m Shela but most people call me Shelly, 25 years young, my home is the beautiful Philippines. I have experience working in the BPO industry for 3 years that help me a ton on my communication and organizational skills. My love of a healthy lifestyle and exercising motivates me to be productive everyday and give my day to day life the energy I need. Handles testing, assembly and quality control of LCD use on making every electronic device you can think of like TV, computer lcd, phone, tablets etc. My main role is assembly of LCD used on medical equipment devices like x-ray machines and the likes. This is an overseas job in Taiwan I had to take because of financial needs but I took pride that I was able to understand the life of living abroad and the difficulties that comes with it.

Works with an International Travel Company that handles every travel needs you can think of starting with Booking a tours, accommodations and transport; also handled cruise ship bookings and tour arrangement on every port that corresponds on the itinerary of the ship; and some grand proposals for customers like a dinner in the grand canal in Venice or on a helicopter flying over New York. My main role is not just booking a tour or finding what suits the customer’s request I view it as planning a well-awaited vacation of my clients making sure they get the most out of the free time they have and remembering their memories with the service I provided to them. I was awarded several times as outstanding sales of the month however for me the one thing that help me meet and exceed quotas every-time is the genuine help I provide to customers and interest to what they like to do. Customers would often call just to book one tour but I made it a goal to ask them how long they are planning to stay and how can I help them experience more and continue to provide service when they are already on their vacation.

I worked under a Logistics Company that operates Globally. Handles mostly United States shipments, delivery and pickup either freight, cargo or normal packages. Also handles international packages tracking and processing. My main role is to provide efficient and real time needs of customer over the phone and help them determine the best possible solution to the problem if any or just to track their well anticipated packages. Later on I was trained to help on the product training process of new hires.
