Basic Function: Answer phone calls, create an incident report detailing the customer's
concerns and complaints, and forward it to the drive-in location, mobile app team, HR
department, first data or concern department for resolution, on some incidents that can’t be
resolve on our end. Respond to customers’ complaint by email as well.
- Answer calls from customers who were unhappy with the service of the drive-in
location manager, crew, or employees, the quality of the food, the facilities, the mobile
app not functioning well, promotions not being honored, or promotions not being
applied on the app, refund, gift card balances, charges on their bank even if the order
did not go through on the app, unable to check out on the app for their order, and
issues on the app.
- I get customers name, contact number and the email associated with the app.
-I ask for the drive in location address so I can tag it on the system. The date and time
of their order and what type of order, if it was ordered on the drive thru, stall, website
or on the Sonic app.
- I ask for what happen and for them to tell me more about the incident.
- I offer a coupon or a gift card to make up for the inconvenience, whether it's
because of poor customer service or a messed-up order.
- If customer will approve for the coupon or gift card. I will add the coupon and gift
card to their Sonic app account.
- Process refund for some incident when the customer does not receive his order due
to some reasons like long wait, order messed up and items were returned to the
drive in location, multiple charges, order ahead request was not receive by the
drive in location.
- Try to resolve some minor issue on the app. Like basic trouble shooting but if
nothing can be done on our end I will have it escalated to the mobile app team.
- Escalate concern to the HR, drive in location, first data for gift card concern, and
mobile app team for issue that cannot be resolve on our end.
- Also answer customer concerns via email.
Basic Function: To get order fulfilled, look for flower shop that can fulfill the order for the
given price and time of delivery. For delays and substitutions, send an email to the customer
asking them to call customer support or ask for their permission to adjust the delivery time
or approval for the substitution.
- Examine the order details.
- Calculate the price to negotiate with the flower shop.
- Look if it has a ticket for delayed delivery or substitution.
- Call for a flower shop that can fulfill the order on the given date of delivery.
- If the flower shop is unable to complete the order within the stipulated time frame.
I will send the customer an email with an estimated delivery time for approval.
-If the flower store doesn't have the original recipe, I'll send an email to the
customer asking for their approval on the flowers or vase that will be substituted.
- Once all were set the order will be sent to the flower shop through the system if the
florist approves of the price and delivery time.
Basic Function: Assistant to a real estate agent.
-Manage calendar of the agent.
- Schedule a house anniversary in the calendar, repeat every year for housessold.
- Add some details in the documents in zip form and docusign if advised by the client.
-Add blogs in Sierra Interactive copied from other sites but put the link of the
website at the bottom.
- Do graphic design in canva.
- Manage Sierra Interactive. Tag closed leads, the anniversary date and
property address.

Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Will likely be tasked with product, supplier, discount, and competitor research.
