I've been working as an Account Executive at Dubai, UAE for 2 years and a Virtual Assistant for a retail company based in Illinois, Chicago for 4 years wherein I have developed my potential specifically in building and managing the sales pipeline of prospective clients for accurate forecasting purposes. I perform balancing of accounts, maintaining bank funds and preparing consolidated financial statements through gathering and understanding the ledgers of our various branches. I have also acquired an enormous growth in handling problems and retaining good relationships with clients. I am also good in making reports (though I am not expert on it) but I am flexible and willing to learn fast as per your work guidelines.
I am a dedicated person, a target oriented, responsible and could work under pressure. I can also work with less supervision as I do believe that loving your work is like how you love and care for yourself.

Entering sales order from clients and salesperson. Running reports, sending Accounts receivables, gross margin reports and rebates. Creating Purchase Orders, Billing, invoices and monitoring Vendors. Monitors weekly purchases, outgoing deliveries, inventory, cost and prices. Maintaining bank funds and does bank reconciliation.
