Responsible for a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks across
multiple companies. Ensures accurate financial records, timely government compliance, and
efficient internal processes.
Responsible for a variety of finance and administrative tasks, including the
preparation and review of financial documents such as cash vouchers, check vouchers, and petty
cash vouchers. Duties include collecting receivables, handling banking transactions (deposits,
encashments, and other bank-related matters), and making purchases as needed. The role also
involves processing government permits and documents with agencies such as BIR, SEC, and
DOLE. Additional responsibilities include preparing and processing billings and payments,
scanning receipts, filing documents, performing clerical duties, and handling other assigned
errands and tasks.
