I started my career 7 years ago as a customer service representative at computer world marketing it’s IT industry where I performed after-sales duties, double-checking if the is really damaged, and explaining to the customers what we can do to make it easier to repair or replace their items if proven defective.
My second job is as a customer representative in Samsung mobile I started 3 years ago up to now opposite to the first job I’m involved in selling mobiles, respond their needs, and processing their orders.
