I'm Sheila Dabuet, and my 10-year-old daughter is always my source of inspiration in all I do. I have a tremendous drive to learn, and I consider myself to be an artist. I am fervent, focused, and determined as I walk my path. My 10 years of experience working in the BPO industry surely helped me develop that perspective. When the pandemic struck, I became a full-time mother and helped my daughter get used to the online class format. It wasn't until I started training myself how to use the tools that I realized how useful they would be. For both of us, instruction and learning take place every day. I had certain things to learn, not just for myself, but also for my daughter.
Being a mom requires that things be planned in a way that is more realistic and attainable. In order to overcome hurdles, analytical and logical thinking are crucial. so that we might discover new ways to achieve our objectives that are wiser, if not faster.

-Assist in technical issues such as audio issues and settings, Bluetooth settings and connection with smart phones, tablets and computers

-Provide option for upgrades and/or additional unit orders
TIER 2 TSR
-Provided technical and customer support for clients owning old and new Bose speakers, such as installation and set up to an entertainment center
-Determine audio issues and complicated connection and installation in different environment and/or rooms
-Can still perform Tier 1 level responsibilities, including upgrades, repairs and replacements
EMAIL TSR
-Provided written instructions and advise on technical issues for clients owning old and new Bose speakers, such as installation and set up to an entertainment center through email
-Provided information on other Bose products and promotions
-Provided customer service such as payment, card replacement, billing issues, cancellation of payment from online purchase or store purchases made from customer’s credit cards, upgrades, reports on purchases not made by customers, cancellation of accounts, adding accounts and subaccounts, etc.
-Providing information on promotional offers and perks

-Provided technical and customer support for Turbo Tax application in Canada
-Technical issue support on new accounts for online version or the downloadable version (online download or CD download)
Technical issue support include investigating download errors and inability to file return electronically
