A graduate of Business Administration, currently working as loans processing staff at Bank of the Philippine Islands. I have more than 2 years of experience in customer service and worked as collections agent. Way back college, I also had the chance to experience American culture by joining work and travel program. This experience taught me that there is still other culture that we must experience. I always love to travel and see the beauty of nature and other attractions. My goal right now is to help my siblings finish their studies.

-Process loan payments, file maintenance, renewal, and extension
-Process official receipt and acknowledgment receipt for client’s loan payments
-Responsible for gathering email requests from other processors then route it to our tillering
unit
-Acts as the order taker and assignor for payments and other transactions
-Admin works
-Takes inbound and outbound calls
-Responsible for collection of dues from the customers
-Process payments from customers
-Process credit applications
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
