Hello, my name is Sheila Marie. It is a combination of the names Sheila and Marie. Sheila is of Irish origin and means heavenly, while Marie is of French origin and is a variant of the name Mary, which means beloved. You can call me Sheila or Marie, whichever you prefer.
After completing my degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing, I decided to apply my skills in the corporate world. I worked as an Account Manager in a company that provides preventive maintenance services for kitchen exhaust systems in restaurants and hotels.
When the pandemic hit, I ventured into e-commerce, selling home-cooked meals and desserts. I also started selling ready-to-wear clothing, as I knew there would be demand for it during that time. I sell these products through my Facebook pages: Mama Em's Lutong Bahay and EUNOIa.
During my freelancing journey, I gained experience in various areas such as data entry, social media management, graphic design, and appointment setting. I have extensive knowledge in data entry, a wide range of experience in social media management, creative ideas in graphic design, and effective appointment setting skills.
I have also received awards that have made me appreciate and value my hard work and dedication even more. One of these awards is the "Peace out of Chaos" award, which recognizes my ability to connect with clients and calm them through genuine care. Sharing this achievement with others holds great significance for me. It is not just an award, but a symbol of my purpose in this journey - to serve and contribute my skills in providing high-quality work with a compassionate approach.

I answer inbound calls and book appointments for US-based clients for COVID-19 vaccines at CVS Pharmacy using their website.
I answer inquiries through chat and book clients for their appointments with the psychologist and psychiatrist through Google Meet.
I answer inquiries through chat and emails regarding the desired accommodation or transient that the client is looking for. Additionally, I book UK-based clients for their chosen transient or accommodation.
I create company campaigns and banners to promote the services we offer. I search for leads to contact. I type up quotations and send them to clients. I also schedule meetings and help in closing deals with them. Additionally, I manage the schedule for their preventive maintenance and provide service invoices afterwards.
