Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns by assisting customers to understand the product. We used Salesforce and Microsoft Excel to help process the customer's request and monitor the number of customers requesting it. We also deal with customer's concerns and communicate with our team via Google Workspace.
