• Acts as Department Head due to the absence of a manager
• Lead, coach, and support the team in able to provide excellent customer service and ensures that company policies and processes are observed
• Supporting the team in resolving escalated issues or complaints and ensuring prompt turnaround for all service requests with consistent quality
• Manages the team to ensure productivity, quality and customer satisfaction/client performance objectives are met and performed in an efficient manner
• Concurrent Trainer – conducts group process and policies, provides refresher to different groups within the organization and partner networks (external)
• Updates and maintains required reports concerning house construction and move-in status
• Prepares and review monthly management reports
• Gives go-signal to concerned departments on units that must be constructed
• Communicate with Engineers and Architects regarding house construction and clients’ concerns
• Monitors fully paid and take-out accounts for the preparation of Deed of Absolute Sale
• Prepares clients requests regarding their purchased house and lot
• Handles end-to-end Move-in process: prepares notices regarding house construction, setting schedule for house visit, assists clients in house punch-listing at site, and assist in key turnover
• Prepares Deed of Absolute Sale for notary
• Handles end-to-end process in receiving and resolving clients’ raised complaints
• Refer unresolved client grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Keep records of client interactions or transactions, recoding details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken
• Determine charges for service requested, collect deposits or payments or arrange for billing
• Contact clients to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments
• Accept and evaluate all documents submitted by clients and transmits to Loans Department
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
