This was my sample work from my previous work. It was related to Data Entry. We are selling a medicine like paracetamol but in powdered form. If a customer purchases from us, I must put their information in our datasheet. Here's my other sample work.

I also needed to put on our database if they are a consumer only or if they have a drugstore. So that's why I need to put some code like B2C if consumers and B2B if they have a drug store business and resell our product. 

And this is also part of my job. After a month of purchasing our product, I needed to call them and ask them if they wanted to repurchase and how was their experience taking our product.
