Life Insurance Agent Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling a transaction at the point of sale for a consumer or a recipient (payee) of a money transfer, including by initiating, sending, or paying out the money transfer.
Below were my responsibilities:
• Handled cash and check transactions, deposits, and withdrawals. I accurately count money, verify amounts, and process transactions in a timely manner.
• Balanced cash drawer. I made sure that the amount of cash in my drawer matches the amount that is recorded in the bank's system and balanced cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Responsible for verifying the identity of customers and ensuring that they have the proper documentation to conduct transactions.
• Responsible for answering customer inquiries about account information, bank services, and other general information.
• Responsible for resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to a higher-level employee as necessary.
• Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and promoting bank products and services to customers.
• Responsible for adhering to all compliance regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
