Responsible for investigating and responding to HR related problems, inquiries and complaints.
Implement and monitor DOLE compliance.
Champion teamwork, accountability and integrity in the company through actions and ensure that these policies are adhered to by staff.
Overall in charge of the office daily activities of Manpower Services from recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, timekeeping and payroll preparation, DOLE compliance, manpower monitoring and client Coordination
Directly reporting to the Owner
Handles and Supervises one project Coordinator and two on-site Supervisors

Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
