I am the type of person who is passionate about everything I do, especially when I'm working. I work hard, and value every opportunity presented to me. I am driven, eager to learn, and I get things done. Although I'm able to work under minimal supervision, I can still provide an excellent output. I also have proven experience in providing customer service and technical support in a busy call center environment handling outbound and inbound calls,
chats, responding to emails, and tickets. My daily work flow was to answer calls with their technical difficulties at home. I helped them troubleshooting their devices such as cable boxes, internet modem and telephone. While on the other hand, on my cold calling job I handle outbound calls so we talk to them to offer our services hoping that they would be interested since we can get a commission once we get a potential client to avail on our offers.
