- Support and Coordinate with Cluster Sales Team and Centre trade and Marketing Teams to manage and grow assigned accounts in line with organizational strategy, goals, policies and processes
- Responsible for own Key Client Business Accounts and will be responsible for end to end delivery of the account. This includes Quoting, Tendering, BAS calculation and Contract maintenance, Coordinating on disputes and ensure invoices are collected on time
- Will act as a single point of contact for all Sales account owners/customer service teams and own the account from GSC
- Responsible for customer-specific performance monitoring, management, and discussion – IQ/IE, BOT/BOM
- Processing of Transfer Certificate of Titles and Condominium Certificate of Titles under bank financing.
- Prepares detailed reports, memorandum on negotiations, certificates and statement of accounts
- Final Review of Contracts such as Deed of Sale and Deed of Assignment Conflict resolution of accounts with Deceased, Annulled/Divorced, Delinquent and Swapping Agreement clients
- Coordinates with Documentation Clerk, Legal Department and Liaison Officers regarding pending requirements or documents needed to effect the process of the Title transfers.
- Monitor obligations and compliance in the step-by-step status of the Title transfers from time to time.
- Supervise and monitor the releasing of TCTs and CCTs Collection of insufficient Taxes and Fees
- Resolve disputes and negotiations between clients and the business.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
