Hey there, I'm Shane Ann Del Rosario from Bataan, Philippines.
I’m passionate about learning new skills while helping businesses grow! With five years of experience in the BPO sector, I have developed a solid foundation in customer service and technical support.
I spent a year managing an Amazon account, where I addressed customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding package issues. Following that, I worked for three years as a technical support agent for an online streaming service, troubleshooting error codes and assisting customers with their subscriptions. I also gained valuable experience as a part-time appointment setter and cold caller for both a dispensary and an online dating website.
Currently, I work as a technical support and sales associate at an in-house tech company, where I resolve hardware and network concerns for gaming consoles while upselling device protection plans.
I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences in new and exciting ways.
