My Career and Personal Journey

I'm Shaira, a remarkable 28-year-old. I am sharing my life with two adorable children.

My most enormous burden in life is not finishing my college course, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at STI College of Paranaque, because I had my firstborn child at an early age. At that time, I focused on finding a job instead of studying.

My first job was as a service crew of a very famous fast food chain for six years. I got promoted as an admin crew member and a team leader.
Working in fast food is very fulfilling because I have met many customers who have tested my strength, patience, and professionalism. After working for a long time in the food industry, I decided to pursue one of my dream jobs in the BPO industry.

In 2017, I was hired by a BPO company with a line of business in shipping and logistics that had been in operation for almost three years. Then, I decided to grow my career by applying to another BPO company, my previous job as a data processing analyst. After working for 1 year at that company, I was promoted to level two again, meeting our partners through Zoom to fix their issues, including technical issues, payment, and partner support.

Over the course of my ten years of work, I have come to understand that even if an individual does not complete their studies, they can still achieve their dreams if they possess determination and choose to learn and strive in life. Now, I'm going to introduce the freelancing life. Currently enrolling in different niches and attending in-depth trainings to expand my knowledge.

As a working mom, my quote in life is, "Never stop learning to pursue your dreams!"
