With this line of business, I grew my skills in managing inventories, branding, social media marketing, making content for my business to be known, and engaging with customers. I also developed a background in customer service and technical support for four years which helped me enhance my wisdom in providing quality customer service with outstanding support to clients around the globe.

K. Sweets is a pastry-baking shop located at Cainta, Rizal specializing in many baked goodies such as cookies and cupcakes. I created this business from the basics like recipes and inventories to the marketing essentials and campaigns like creating its Facebook page, its logo, and cover photo, and managing the content. The other roles I did in managing this business are as follows:
