You can call me Shai for short. I’m from Bataan, Philippines and has 1 beautiful daughter. I am Tourism graduate and has a 6 month of experience as a Passenger Service Agent who’s assisting customers in the airport. I am the one who helped them check in their baggage, giving them their boarding pass and assisting them throughout the airport. I also worked in a BPO industry as a Customer Service Agent who answers phone calls, emails, SMS or text messages, and a live chat for more than 3 years.
