I've been a customer service agent for approximately three years. I've worked for a search engine optimization firm and in the accounting department. In financial accounting, we help merchants and entrepreneurs resolve disputes and then explain their monthly billing statements, daily transactions, monthly statement reports, and reconciliation. Additionally, we offer basic troubleshooting for them on a webpage just for them.
