procedures. For completeness and accuracy, verify sales data, including invoices, receipts, and cash register reports. Identify discrepancies or errors in sales records and investigate root causes.
Billing and Collection:
Manage member and billing profiles, invoicing, reconciliation, and collections. Address billing inquiries, ensure payments are applied correctly, and generate weekly AR reports for monitoring. Achieve AR targets through regular follow-ups. Ensure accurate and synced billing data across systems. Suggest process improvements for efficiency.
Administrative:
Take meeting minutes, manage filing systems, handle sensitive information, and improve administrative processes. Support team efforts and resolve issues. Sort and distribute mail.
Medical Records:
Manage patient file requests, retrieve and organize records, and handle digital data entry. Process legal requests, ensure timely file delivery to providers, and maintain accurate records. Prioritize tasks to meet production schedules and respond professionally to phone inquiries.
