* Provides executive and administrative support to the CEO/President, COO, Board of Directors, as well as the Senior Management Team;
* Assists the CEO/President and COO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include: managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings even their personal files/ agendas. Safeguard confidential executive information, maintaining trust and discretion while ensuring security at all times.
* Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the Senior Management Team;
* Serves as the President’s administrative liaison to the Board of Directors and manages Board activities, which include coordinating quarterly Board meetings; arranging hotel accommodations for out-of-town Board and Senior Management activities; processing travel and liquidation/ reimbursement requests; and compiling, assembling, and distributing Board meeting materials; preparing foods/ refreshments
* Provide assistance to front desk operations to include but is not limited to, answering phones call/ cold calls, accepting the package and other deliveries, and greeting and signing in visitors/guests.
* Responsible for monitoring and ordering pantry, stationery supplies, and courier services. Ensure seamless transaction processing and timely submission of invoices for payment.
* Prepared source data/ reports for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
* Processed source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standards procedures or returning incomplete documents to the project managers for resolution.
