Life has presented me with challenges, losing my parents and my husband at a young age, but these challenges only strengthened my resolve and deepened my passion for growth. Throughout the years, I’ve built a strong and diverse professional background, grounded in my extensive experience in Human Resources, Marketing, and Customer Service.
Throughout my career, I have not only learned but truly mastered key tools such as data entry and social media marketing—skills that have become second nature through constant application. Whether I’m crafting impactful online campaigns, preparing reports and crafting useful databases, I always ensure precision, focus and excellence in everything I do.

1. To ensure that business is profitable by devising and implementing effective marketing strategies

1. Trains Supervisor and rank and file staff on the standard policies and procedures of the department and the company
2. Challenges status quo and searches for ways to improve current process Ensures that all bills payment counters are operating according to set standards
To set up and maintain an effective Human Resource System that would cater to the needs of the company and its employees
POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
1. Conducts regular review of current HR policies and update as and when needed
2. Initiates new HR policies that are deemed needed and appropriate.
3. Monitors all aspects of employment laws, policies and practice.
4. Implements disciplinary measures.
5. Settles all employee concern.
RECRUITMENT AND STAFFING
1. Designs and implements a structured and sophisticated Recruitment Process designed to
ensure effective recruitment of high quality employees and to minimize recruitment errors
and wastage.
2. Monitors vacant positions and the number of staff needed by the Bank.
3. Conducts the final selection and interview of applicants to be hired by the Bank.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
1. Identifies individual and organizational training needs, establish and coordinate a realistic
training and development plan.

4. Conducts community-organizing activities for the various saver clubs of the Bank and provides

best possible customer service that can generate customer preference for the products and
services of the Bank;
5. Assists in monitoring and assessing the results of the marketing plan of the Bank and
identifies the obstacles in the attainment of the objectives for possible remedial
measures
6. Assists in coordinating with and orienting all concerned employees on matters that pertain
to the approved marketing plans, strategies, activities, tasks, and other similar undertakings;
7. Assists in conducting in-house training for marketing staff, account executives, and
frontliners.
