Checking the status of accounts in the Awaiting Payments folder
Sending reports of accounts with complete payments, accounts with short remittances, and excess payments.
Follow up reviewer on overdue accounts
Follow up posting of payment to Customer Service Center.
Responsible for reviewing of Traditional/VUL applications.
Accountable for accuracy of the set-up of clients records in system
Ensure completeness and accuracy of documents in policy contracts delivered to policyholders.
Evaluates documents submitted by buyers to determine qualification to avail financing/loan.
Makes analyses of preliminary findings (if any) and provide recommendations to buyers directly or through the sellers.
Collects and collates buyer’s documents for pre-approval and post approval delivery.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of documents to facilitate FI processing, approval and loan takeout.
Closely coordinates with FI’s account officers on the status of buyer’s loan application and ensures prompt compliance of additional requirements/findings (if any).
Regularly makes formal follow ups/communications with buyer for updates and request for additional requirements and/or payments. Encourages buyer to make prompt compliance of noted findings.
Monitors buyer’s payment of additional equity or charges as applicable. Ensures that payment is made on time to avoid interest or penalty charges.
Updates buyer’s diary/notes for every significant process/stage achieved. Gives prompt feedback to superior on significant matters affecting the buyer’s loan application.
Confirms with buyer as soon as loan approval is granted by FI.
Assists the buyer during signing of Deed of Sale (DOS) and other related sale/loan documents. Explains to buyer salient contract provisions.
Sends timely notices/reminders to buyer as applicable, related to the process of loan application, approval or takeout.
Responds to buyer’s queries or requests for assistance sent through e-mail or personally over-the-counter.
Sent email to clients to remind on their overdue payments.
Create receipt, coversheet and pay-in slip. (as per request by clients)
Prepare remittances for clearing in a standard format or customer format.
Prepare Withholding Tax.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
