6. Assists with developing employee food safety and quality training programs and conduct employee training in topics such as HACCP and GMPs
7. Assists with overseeing issued Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CPAR) program, assist with root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and verification activities.
8. Responsible for trending and tracking CPARs to identify overdue items, reoccurring deviations, and compliance.
9. Assists with hold/release system for finished goods and raw materials; track and trends holds and other issues to identify reoccurring non-conformances or areas for improvement.
10. Devises sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
11. Inspect facilities, equipment, products or production lines to ensure food is prepared according to safety regulations and situational health sections.
12. Performs Physicochemical and Microbiological Analysis
13. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
14. Collect, compile and interpret statistical quality data.
15. Prepare reports to communicate results of quality inspection activities to management.
16. Assists in R&D experimental trials.
