*Support Commercial Banking Valuation team with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel based tasks.
*Pitch Documents – assist in drafting proposals and collating pitching material.
*Correspondence - Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail and corresponding with Clients
(Banks mostly) regarding valuation requests, progress, invoices and report status.
*Inspection - Organisation of inspections
*Diary management - Full control and maintenance of diaries, making appointments and
arrangements for all meetings and inspections with clients, developers, agents, owners, tenants
and colleagues.
*Information Checking - Reviewing information and documents for every valuation case.
*File Management - Ensuring all paper and electronic filing is carried out on a regular basis to
maintain an up to date filing system.
*Draft Valuation Reports - Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports & ensure reports are in
line with KF formatting standards
*Research and Comparables - Supporting valuers with research and comparable sourcing.
*Invoices and Accounts - Update fee and liaising with internal and external account departments
*Trackers - Update Commercial Bank job trackers and status sheets.

*Conducting COI (conflict of interest) to check if the property is previously valued for the other Client. If the property is previously valued for a different client, but same purpose, inform the client that we need to seek for a clearance form the other party.
*Coordinate effectively with various employees and department of the company with regards to requisite execution of services for the clients
*Coordinating with the department Manager or Director for the fee and turnaround time.
*Prepare NDA (non disclosure agreement) upon request of the Client.
*Preparing proposals (terms of engagement or tender proposal) for clients and obtain approvals by constant follow up.
*Arranging appointments for inspections of the properties to meet with company employees.
*Prepare draft reports and final reports
*Requesting invoice to accounts department and sending out to the Client. Monitoring the outstanding balances of the commercial Clients.
*Scanning, faxing and printing various documents
*Preparing report, daily update, weekly update, monthly update and lead update. Maintaining the Masterlist updated.
