Manages schedules, organizes office functions, and oversees daily operations - daily transportation needs of over 100 passengers daily with our 44 drivers and their assigned units. Trains newly hired drivers. Situate new drivers in their work environment as efficiently and stress-free as possible. Proposed routes to minimized gasoline expenses of the company.
In-charge with checking the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls and on-site inspection
-In charge /manages the daily Cash position of the above mentioned account such as the Petty Cash Fund, daily bank transactions, disbursements and collections.
-Maintained clients for the 127 assigned fleet such as negotiating renewals of contract.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
