Good day! My name is Ric. I graduated at Rizal Technological University as a BSIT. Before I become a virtual assistant, my scope of work are about IT works. Troubleshooting and configuring of devices are my tasks everyday and some office jobs such as encoding of data, creating of the schedules of IT department and others.
In my first job I work as an On-call Technician. I operate and assemble projectors, LED walls and photobooth. we set-up in events such as birthdays and weddings. I need to edit pictures if needed using a different picture editing software. Then after that job I apply as an IT support but when the time of pandemic, that company need to reduce employees and because of that I need to apply a work from home job. The job that i get is a call center agent. we take an in-bound calls and answering their queries, but before that we need to get their information so that we can search if we have a data for them. Our tasks in that job are so many because we have more accounts that we are handling. There is an account that we need to set an appoint for a meeting, need to change the information of the client and sometimes selling.
I quit that job because the pandemic is already over and there is a job offer that higher than the salary of that job.
Because of the experience that i have. It is easier for me to be trained and to help you to manage your tasks and your business needs. Let's achieve our goal together!
