Supports the company's day-to-day operations by managing and coordinating internal processes with the virtual staff, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring that organizational procedures are followed.
Responsible for the following tasks but are not limited to;
- Monitor Staff’s Attendance (Time In/Out, Leaves, Holidays, Overbreaks)
- Assist and manage Payroll Timesheets
- Rendered Overtime, Work Schedule adjustments, Absences, Lates, etc.
- Serves as a point of contact between the Virtual Assistants and the client
- Supports Virtual Staff and Clients for any concerns raised with tailored fit solutions and next steps to avoid escalations or termination through email, Skype/WhatsApp messages, meetings, or calls.
- Responsible for daily and weekly reports of each Virtual Staffs, ensuring accurate information and a reasonable productivity rate.
- Manage Hubstaff log-ins, screenshots, idle times, manual time tracking adjustment, etc.
- Conducts New Hire Orientation
Create engaging TikTok, Youtube and Facebook content highlighting products to drive sales and enhance brand visibility among the target audience
Supporting administrative tasks related to admissions processes virtually. My responsibilities encompassed a
diverse range of duties, including but not limited to:
Data Entry: Performing accurate and efficient data entry tasks, entering student information, application
details, and other relevant data into the admissions database with meticulous attention to detail.
Application Processing: I assisted in processing admission applications, reviewing documentation,
verifying credentials, and ensuring compliance with established admission requirements and procedures.
Correspondence Management: I managed email correspondence, responding to inquiries from
prospective students, providing information about admission procedures, deadlines, and requirements,
and offering assistance as needed.
Collections and Administrative Tasks
Engaged in constant communication with insurance companies via calls, emails, and texts to check updates on payment status, offer assistance, explain defenses, and negotiate settlements within a reasonable agreement zone.
Scheduling check pickup, and viewing appointments by contacting homeowners via phone calls, mail, and emails, ensuring convenience and satisfaction.
Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing employees (Upskilling, Process Updates, etc.)
Evaluate training needs and design effective training modules, including SOPs (Creating Standard Operating Procedures) and implementation of new tools.
Maintain training records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Continuously assess and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Handles Best in Class (BIC) for Collection Trainers’ certification.
Facilitates Final Interviews for new applicants and existing employees for training internship
