I am a passionate virtual assistant with previous expertise in finance and customer service for a Telco company, sales, social media marketing, and the general admin assistance for an Insurance company. I am professionally skilled in handling internal and external clients with excellent customer relationship management, problem solving, issue resolution and negotiations. People management skills has allowed me to be always up to date with my client's needs and expectations. I have a strong work ethic that focuses on achieving goals, I am a creative person that will bring ideas to the team. Also, I love helping people and willingly extend a helping hand to a coworker or someone who is in need.
Lastly, I am a goal-driven type of person while having the willingness to learn and a strong passion to succeed which I believe are the essence of being not just a virtual assistant, but as an individual as well.

• Help clients accomplish financial objectives by assessing the financial situation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Developing and presenting financial solutions such as insurance and investment plans.
• Educating the importance of our needs and priorities in life through financial literacy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and their policies.
• Coordinates and monitors the company’s due and overdue accounts.
• Coordinates & monitors daily collection for updating the records to avoid suspension of unpaid accounts.
• Implements and monitors compliance with policies in service suspensions.
• Prepares daily collections report for Credit & Collection Head and ensures correspondence of payment summary with Billing records.
• Prepares list of subscribers with fraud issues/concerns, etc. for immediate disconnection/ suspension of service.
• Reconciling of bank statements against GL, and clearing account assigned.
• Bank Reconciliation – Check and verify cash transactions; and investigate and propose discrepancies.
• Prepares collection efficiency weekly and monthly.
• Prepare all reports required as a Collection Officer.
• Input data into the company system and/or update manual monitoring whichever is applicable.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Involves accurate and efficient input, updating information, maintaining high-quality database and ensure data integrity
Ensuring that communication is organized, timely and efficient, while maintaining the professionalism and effectivity.
Prioritizes the needs and satisfaction of the clients, by creating a strong relationship with a quality standards.
Involves creating visual content to convey messages, ideas, or information aesthetically.
