I am currently working as a Junior Assistant Manager in a bank managing the daily bank operations and staffs. Way back in college, I worked as an office clerk while studying. I finished my college degree as a working student with Latin Honors (Magna Cum Laude). With that experience, I was able to develop and enhance my skills such us being flexible, reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, responsible, and adaptable to all challenging situations. Moreover, I am able to work well both in a team environment and as well as using own initiative.

• Endorses buyers to their preferred banks and assist them for the necessary requirements; for HDMF, collects requirements, evaluates the requirements and data of buyers, prepare computation, prepare loan documents
• Assists buyers who wish to have their units be cancelled or assumed
• Computes deferrals/loan difference with interest rates
• Assist buyers from the beginning to end of their home loan application whether in bank of PAG-IBIG
• Makes reports-daily, weekly and monthly
• Answers queries from buyers about their units, and loans
