I have been in the BPO industry for more than six years. I used to work as an outbound agent for Dynata Global and eventually was promoted to Quality Assurance Supervisor. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant with Noelle Randall Coaching, where I assisted Operations Manager and Coaching Executives to fulfil the duties for Coaching Support, Student Support and Accounting Support. I am proficient in using these tools: Slack, Google Calendar, CRM, MS Office, Wordpress, Canva, and Zoom. I am open to learning more than anything.

I assist in growing the Noelle Randall Coaching department by supporting the students, Real Estate coaches, and management. I set appointments, handle queries via phone, email, and general correspondence using CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, Google suites, Zendesk, Zoom app, and other means for communicating our leads and members online.
My main task was to coach phone agents and do live monitoring to ensure all calls have excellent qualities and Quality Assurance rules set by the company were followed.
I call people across the United States via phone call and conduct research studies such as Customer satisfaction surveys, Political surveys, and Brand awareness studies.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
