My recent experience as an Amazon Product Research Intern helped me get more familiar with the tools and processes for finding profitable products to resell. Because of that, I was able to provide more than the minimum number of approved leads required during the internship.
I have worked as an Independent Consultant since 2017, demonstrating a strong work ethic and reliability. During this time, I have embraced remote work as a freelancer, allowing me to develop valuable skills in self-study and rapid learning. The diverse range of projects I have undertaken has required me to quickly grasp and adhere to specific guidelines to ensure project success. Over the span of more than 5 years, I have successfully qualified for and contributed to more than 50 projects.
Prior to venturing into freelancing, I worked as a Systems Engineer, primarily focused on delivering technical support and exceptional customer service to clients based in North America. I consistently provided accurate solutions and timely updates, ensuring client satisfaction.
Additionally, I have held the position of a proactive Project Manager Associate, taking charge of diverse data installation requests from our corporate clients. This role has been instrumental in refining my communication and coordination abilities, as I have interacted with a wide range of individuals, both within the organization and externally. Alongside my responsibilities of generating reports, managing email correspondence, and attending client meetings, I have successfully established strong connections with our valued clients.

● Utilized Keepa and SellerAmp in finding profitable products to resell on Amazon.
● Provided the required number of leads that meet all the criteria set by our coach/trainor.
● I worked on projects that required reviewing and rating various web contents using a web application to support the measurement of search data relevance.
● I worked on 50+ projects, including some that only selected a few specific raters to work on available tasks because of high-quality work.
● I provided front-line technical support via phone to our small and medium business clients in North America, which included resolving issues with installation, upgrade, and malware and virus removal.
● I took over a client call from one of my colleagues when the client asked for escalation. I was able to resolve the issue, and a supervisory call was avoided.
● I proactively provisioned, implemented, and monitored the timely completion of all the different data installation requests of our corporate clients. Some of my clients include Jollibee Food Groups, Starbucks, EastWest Bank, and the Philippine Navy.
● As one of the pioneers in my role, I mentored newly hired colleagues and became one of the leaders in our team when our supervisor was out of the office.
● I was assigned to be a reliever for two project managers on another team who went on indefinite sick leave due to illness. I handled their aging projects and managed to build a good relationship with their clients through client meetings and constant updates. One of them, our contact person in the Philippine Navy, sent an email to our department head commending me for a job well done despite the circumstances when the projects were handed over to me.
