Hi, I'm Rowel. I've been working in the BPO industry for more than 10 years, handling different lines of service such as telecommunication, sales, financial and medical insurance. All of these accounts are US and UK based with a long-term commitment. Working with clients is my passion because it helps me fulfill my goal of helping them with their concerns. I have a rich background in working with a team because I strongly believe that "two heads are better than one." I decided to move into a freelancing career because I wanted to try something new that could help me develop my skills, knowledge, and experience to become a better person.
