I’m a Business Administration graduate who works in a BPO companies for 12 years. Aiming to switch career as a freelancer with a variety of skillsets in data entry, excel VBA/Macro automation, Power BI data visualization and basic book keeping.

My main task is to review the dockets that entered by the adjuster then create
invoice. Send these invoices through email to client for payment.
Most of my tasks are related to excel report such as productivity, attendance,
and numbers of files received. I send these reports to my superior every day. I monitor queue of
our mailbox, a place where we receive our files as well as FTEs folder making sure that files were
all processed at the end of shift. I joined meetings with the team in relations to the process
updates from client.
Making sure that all data from Bill of Lading was captured correctly. Be able to
analyze the difference between consignee and consignor. Be able to complete bulk files on
hand. All commodity info must be entered in order with quantity and price.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
