Answering customer questions and making appointments
Maintain and manage client database/CRMs
Performing other administrative/clerical tasks

Manage arrangements by planning and sending updates.

Interact and collaborate effectively and positively with individuals of all levels of the organization, including the employees themselves to ensure the organization is showing appreciation and recognition for its employees
Work with the Marketing team and other related departments for site wide communications, promotional materials, upcoming events, activities, and social media posting
Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
Organize and schedule appointments, Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations, data visualization & written reports.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
Presenting the reports to managers or decision-makers in a clear and concise manner.
Develop well-structured and engaging scripts that align with the video’s concept and goals.
Work closely with the video producers and editors to ensure the script’s vision is effectively translated into the final video.
Continuously analyze the performance of videos to identify areas for improvement and incorporate feedback into future scripts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and algorithm changes to maximize video visibility and engagement.
Optimize scripts for search engine optimization (SEO) and audience engagement, including using relevant keywords and hooks.
Infuse each script with powerful hooks and intrigue to captivate the audience’s interest from the opening seconds of the video.
Troubleshooting technical issues.
Installing and configuring hardware or software.
Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
