Data Entry
This demonstrates how I organized a specific warehouse's operational flow when I was a student. I described their processes in detail, beginning to end. As you can see, I utilized a flow chart to break down each phase into smaller processes so that there were only four core processes. From there, it is simpler to identify potential problem areas and causes.
The next example shows how I state and illustrate the causes of the issue: Bad order occurrences. I converted it to a percentage based on the provided frequency and calculated its cumulative percentage in order to highlight the most prevalent root of the issue so that we can narrow our attention to it.
For better and simpler illustration and understanding, I have included it on the diagram
In this region. I collected information from the warehouse on probable events that can lead to product shortages and classified them according to whether they are caused by worker actions, processes, material handling, or the warehouse's physical setup. The Company only needs to enter the frequency of each event in order for us to analyze the data and make suggestions for potential problems-solving strategies.
