I’m Rosette Juanillo, but you can call me Sette, After graduation, I worked at Empire Weddings as an event coordinator/wedding planner and at Diamond Rent a Car as Account coordinator. My position gave me a chance to enhance my management and planning skills and deal with different people. This experience also molds my leadership skills by executing plans and decision-making. I also learned how to be efficient and focus under pressure. My experience with my recent job at Bank of the Philippine Islands honed my communication skills since I handled most of customer complaints, account openings, and client’s inquiries.
In 2022, I became a mother and a social media manager simultaneously. I assisted CAVINTEA, the company, with their monthly Facebook content postings, Facebook advertisements, and post boosts. I'm also in charge of answering customers questions via chat and comments until they become sales.

As a social media manager , my role is to overview social media specifically facebook account of the client to enhance brand visibility, engagement and ultimately gain positive result. I'm also responsible in answering customers chat or comment. Sometimes I also run an Fb Ads or post boost.
Providing competent, caring, fast and accurate service to client’s needs in line
with the Bank’s overall objective of service excellence. Ensure adherence to proper account
opening procedures. Contributes on branch’s sales targets and goals.
Handle all client’s inquiry thru phone call and email. Giving assistance with car
assignees accident claim by coordinating with insurance for the repair of car. Organizing and
monitoring all repairs of cars.
Assist client in selecting suitable wedding supplier. Planning time schedules
from bridal preparation to reception. Coordinate their wedding day, making sure that the plan
was monitored. Proactively handle any arising problem on the event day. Identify couples needs
to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
