· Monitors real time operational activities for domestic and regional stations.
· Compiles relayed timings, reports and other pertinent data of daily operations.
· Contributes and assesses operations incident plan and procedures.
· Produces timely and complete required reports (Flight Handling, On-time Performance, and Incident Report.
· Verify passenger’s documents and tickets.
· Handles passengers boarding at the gate
· Passenger handling during normal and disrupted flights
· Ensures passengers safety and attends to their needs while on ground
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
