Providing technical support and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and general office administration.
Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and ensuring all devices are properly tagged and tracked.
Maintain records of IT service requests, repairs, and maintenance.
Provide general administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and document management.
Assist in onboarding new employees and offboarding departing staff by setting up and deactivating IT equipment, user accounts, email access, and necessary system permissions.
Set up and deactivate client accounts in company systems as part of the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring data accuracy and timely access management.
Support compliance with data privacy and protection regulations through proper documentation and access controls.
Prepare and maintain IT and admin-related reports for management review.
Convert PDF resumes into client-specific Word formats with accurate formatting and consistency
Update and maintain task lists, progress trackers, and recruitment documentation statuses using project management tools - Trello.
