Manage a team of Sales representative to generate sales and revenue for the client. Conduct proper coaching procedures and follow ups to ensure development of the team members skills and knowledge. Form action plans with my team members to improve their weaknesses and maintain their strengths regarding their performances. Handle and manage escalation calls whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and good customer experience.
Conducts final interviews of applicants during the hiring ramp. Occasionally do New Hire Training and Upskilling on product-specific topics.
