Hi, I’m Roselle Villanueva but you can call me Elle, a passionate Electrical Engineer with a strong background in project management and a growing career in virtual assistance. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Laguna State Polytechnic University (2015-2021) and have since worked with Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation (MIESCOR) from 2022 to 2024. During my time at MIESCOR, I was responsible for leading design schemes for distribution utility projects, such as pole installations, line rehabilitations, and the relocation of Meralco facilities affected by infrastructure development. I managed these projects end-to-end, from field surveys to design releases, ensuring compliance with electrical standards and efficient execution.
My career objective is to thrive in an environment of growth and excellence, where I can achieve personal satisfaction, continuous self-development, and contribute meaningfully to organizational goals. I’m a responsible team player who excels under pressure, with strong decision-making, leadership, and critical thinking abilities.
Alongside my technical experience, I’ve held leadership roles such as National Executive Vice Chairperson for Technical Affairs in the Council of the Student Chapters and Vice-President for External Affairs at Engineering Society. These roles have strengthened my communication and teamwork skills, which I now apply as a virtual assistant, helping businesses stay organized and efficient.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new productivity tools and indulging in my love for photography. I’m always looking to grow professionally and personally, seeking out challenges that push me to excel.

(Design Engineer)
Propose design scheme for distribution utility projects such as; but not limited to:
- Installation or replacement of rotten poles both primary and secondary poles;
- Rehabilitation of secondary lines;
- Reconductoring of primary lines;
- Installation of overhead static wires; and
- Relocation of Meralco Facilities affected by road and bridge constructions.
- Prepares, reviews and updates electrical design plans in accordance with power distribution standards
- Monitoring Unplanned and Ageing Maintenance Projects from field survey until the project design is release by the designers.
- Conducts site survey to verify existing facilities on field and analyze single line diagram.
- Coordinates with other Project Management Offices regarding project requirements.
- Coordinates with others discipline engineers regarding design concerns.
