My friends call me Ros. I'm an introvert. I enjoy reading books, listening to music, and watching K-dramas and K-pop shows in my free time. In addition to watching K-dramas, I also like to watch YouTube tutorials on a variety of subjects, the majority of which are instructional videos on how I may improve my current skills and discover new ones. I also like attending K-pop concerts with my K-pop friends. Despite being an introvert, I've taken up painting, picking up the guitar and piano, and swimming since I'm always curious and trying to get better.
I'm not much of an outdoor person, but I do dream of visiting beautiful places, discovering new things, engaging with other cultures, trying different foods, and getting to know myself better as a person.

Responsible for ensuring that the customer service provided by the agents meets the company's standards of quality. This include monitoring customer interactions, reviewing call transcripts, and providing feedback and coaching to agents to improve their performance. Also responsible for identifying and addressing issues with the processes and systems used by the agents to provide customer service.
Responsible for interacting with customers and providing them with information and assistance related to travel bookings and reservations. This include answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and providing information on prices, availability, and travel options.
Providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
Maintain accurate books on account payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
