• Monitors and Process Employee Contract Expiries, Medical Test, Residence Visa Expiries.
• Overall monitoring of visa renewals, work permit applications, visa transfers, and cancellations
• Monitors/Tracks separated staff’s cancellation and exit.
• Arrange work experience letter and responds to reference feedback for separated staffs
• Handles issuance/deletions/amendments of medical and life insurance coverage.
• Create employee file and updates new employee details entry in HRMS
• Main point of contact for employees to answer all HR related queries
• Process employee leave request and employee reimbursements
• Conduct staff joining and induction formalities to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding process
• Prepares Employment Contracts, Increment Letters, Salary Certificates, and Non-Objection Certificates.
• Prepares monthly reports/MIS to Management
• Process Promotion Letters, Increment Letters, Transfer Letters, Change of Designation and Department Transfers)
• Monitor/Track Employee’s confirmation. Coordinate with the business about employees due for completion of probationary period.
• Process/ organize warning letters for employees with disciplinary issues.
• Manage general administration activities
• Develop Human Resource solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action
• Maintain HRMS records up to date /and compile reports from the database

• Handles Helpdesk calls
• Responsible for the job postings on job portals and newspaper ads placement. Scans and screen resumes / CV’S
• Conducts initial interview to staff level positions
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
• Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
• Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments; dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
• Prepare and Draft memos, letters, circulars, notices, and other documents/reports as appropriate
• Prepares and issue offer letters to hired applicants, discuss company policies, job role, compensation and benefits and responds to all employee queries
• Prepares all the necessary documents for visa processing (new visa applications and renewals)
• Prepares and hand over sanctions for employees (verbal, written warning, and termination letter)
• In charge of staff ATM applications/requirements submission
• Handles all types of leaves of UAE and Qatar employees (applications, leave computation balance, leave salary, and air ticket entitlement)
• In charge of the summarizing of scores of monthly performance evaluation/annual performance evaluation
• Prepares increment letters of employee for promotion/salary upgrade for yearly increment.
• Create new employee id thru ERP Oracle version 7.4. and encode newly joined employees to the system
• Monitoring of employee’s visa/labor card/passport expiries/passport released. 2In charge of keeping all employees’ passports
• Assist in staff training arrangements/schedules/reminders. In charge of the booking of training venues
• Lead on coordinating across departments for the onboarding of new joiners, and offboarding employees, contracts, tickets, visa applications and cancellations.
• Maintains and updates applicants databank for reference and sourcing
• Creates 201-501 files of examinees and applicants
• Keeps records of psychological results and evaluations of examinees
• Prepares extensive Evaluation Reports ranging from rank and file to managerial positions (201 to 501 levels).
• Functioned mainly in handling the Psychological Tests Administration, Scoring, and Interpretation.
• Responsible for the monitoring of every testing material
• Conducts 15 to 30 minutes in-depth interview from time-to-time upon completion of tests.
• Transacts and deals with prospective clients regarding Psychological Testing schedules and queries.
• Prepares service proposals to all prospective clients
• Handling complaints regarding problems with the evaluation
• Directly reports to the Managing Director about the status of the handled accounts.
• Attends client meetings from time to time.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
