I was a Provider Service Advocate for a Healthcare Account which is United HealthCare. We assist providers like doctors, nurses, physicians and such. Some example of their concerns are asking for the benefits and coverage of the patient's health insurance, service contracts, available in-network and out of network services, billing procedures, creating case and etc.
I was a customer service representative for an international voice account which is AT&T Service English. We assist customers and potential customers for AT&T. Our scope for this account is broad because we assist concerns like billings, plans, wireless, promotions, basic troubleshooting, tracking of orders, sales and setting of appointment for installing or replacing equipment's.
I was a customer service representative for an international voice account which is UBER. We assist UBER drivers for their concerns such as verifying their personal information and valid IDs for them to create and be able to activate their account, adjust some fares for incorrect routes taken, driver complaints regarding their rider, and etc.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
