Build and maintain relationships with new and potential clients while promoting our company values.
Act as a coordinator and primary point of contact for multiple projects across various stages of the
onboarding process.
Develop an understanding of individual business operations and objectives in order to deliver a
personalized setups for every client.
Ensure projects maintain momentum by keeping clients engaged throughout their onboarding and
adhering to strict deadlines.
Perform basic administrative tasks for each project (e.g. requesting information and files from the
client,
scheduling follow-up meetings, assisting with questions as they arise, etc.).
Proactively manage client feedback, and assist with minor system edits as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute major change requests and perform technical processes.
Lead client training sessions on the use of our software products, and communicate system concepts
to
clients with varying degrees of technical expertise.
Work cross-functionally to provide clients with outstanding products, customer service, and high-level
support throughout the onboarding and post-launch periods.
Liquidation/Reimbursement
Make summaries of invoices submitted by Regional Project Team every
month,
Check and validate invoices submitted by the regional project team.
Invoices summary uploaded to company system for final validation of accounting/
finance department.
Deposit checks to the bank and track make reports for overall budget refund
submitted by regional team.
Coordinate to Admin/Finance Department for issues and concerns for the
transaction.
Email/ Propose/Submit Budget request to Admin Department for Project
Team.
Do another task given by Local/Chinese Project Manages & Senior Supervisor.
Submit liquidations approved by Chinese Project Manager Finance department.
Do other office works such as filing, encoding, scanning, email needed etc Implementation (Nationwide)
Overall Project Monitoring & Reporting for Construction Bond Refund Plan
Process/ Check Work Order emailed by Regional Team ( Permit & Cash bond)
Uploading to 8 Management System for submission and approval by Nationwide
Asst. Project Manager (Chinese). ( Permit & Cash bond)
Documentation (Nationwide)
Process documents such as Certificate of Acceptance and Actual Work Done approved by the
client (PLDT).
Checking/ Align documents approved.
Submit documents to Billing Department/PMO.
Assist Billing Department/Marketing Department/ PMO Department/Finance
Department for any issues & concerns to the approved documents submitted by
our team.Resubmit returned documents by all department.
Assist Documentation Senior Project Supervisor of the team time to time.
Updating overall approved Documentation tracker to be submitted to
Documentation Supervisor (Daily).
Facilitate payroll, invoicing, and accounts payable. Check and organize invoice, experience in SAP
I have experience processing projects in project management tools like JIRA, project monitoring, reporting.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
