My experience working in the BPO industry for more than 6 years has helped me develop a better mindset towards everything. I decided to change my career to prove that others can do it, why can't I? My passion is being an energetic customer service representative, social manager, and virtual assistant who is capable of working independently. I am keen on details and a goal-oriented person who commits to have a meticulous approach to my work and making sure that any output before completion will be of premium quality. I am capable of performing tasks that I consider useful to the business and suggesting improvements and innovations along the way.
I am a person who values honesty, responsibility, and integrity, which I believe are the essence of being not only a Virtual Assistant but also a strong and dignified person.

Responsible for implementing strategies that team members use to achieve a goal, delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills and offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks. Helping team members to achieve their goals. Manage Team Performance including Reliability,
Quality Assurance, Productivity, AHT and CSAT/DSAT. Communicate with IT, HR, managers, or clients via email for necessary information if there is any.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
